Tip 1: Regularly top up water bottle. Ensure water level is lower than WaterMe Cap.
Tip 2: Top up water in WaterMe Cone if water level has dropped below transparent window. This can happen if water in the bottle has emptied.
Tip 3: Every two months or when necessarily, clean the insides of WaterMe Cone. Algae found commonly in tap water can grow inside the cone causing blockages. Cleaning can be done with a brush, finger or strong jet of water.
